Charter flights from Belize City to the nearest domestic airstrip followed by private water transfer are the standard access route for premium island properties. Baggage limits on light aircraft are typically 25 to 30 lbs per person in the cabin, making luggage planning critical, overpacking is the most common friction point for first-time visitors on this type of itinerary.
