Golf carts and bikes replace cars on the island; there's nothing to drive, so drop any rental in Belize City.

There's no airstrip in San Ignacio, but you can shuttle to Belize City's municipal airport and take the short Tropic Air or Maya Island Air hop to Caye Caulker's airstrip. Most travelers take the boat. The flight makes more sense for San Pedro.
