Express and Premium runs take the Coastal Road directly to Belize City and skip Belmopan; Regular runs go via Belmopan and end there.
Heading from Punta Gorda to Belize City, pick a run with a time in the Belize City column: blank means the trip terminates in Belmopan.
The 6:00 AM run is the only direct Placencia-to-Belize City bus; the 2:45 PM run terminates in Belmopan.
For Belize City departures later in the day, connect at Independence to the Punta Gorda-Belize City corridor.

4:00 AM: an Express via the Coastal Road arriving Belize City at 7:45 AM. Ten runs leave Punta Gorda daily, but only the Express and Premium services continue to Belize City; Regular runs go via Belmopan and terminate there, so check the Belize City column before boarding.
The 6:00 AM direct bus via Dangriga arrives Belize City at 9:30 AM. It's the only direct run of the day. The 2:45 PM departure terminates in Belmopan. Later in the day, cross to Independence by taxi or Hokey Pokey water taxi and catch a northbound Punta Gorda-to-Belize City Express.
The 4:00 AM Express reaches Belize City at 7:45 AM, which works for flights departing from around 11:00 AM onward once you add the 30-minute taxi to BZE and check-in time. For earlier flights, fly domestic from Punta Gorda's airstrip or overnight in Belize City.
