Service variants include Regular (all stops), Express (limited stops), EV Express (electric, peak commuter), and GOB Weekend Express (government workers, weekend service).

Belize City departures run via the Coastal Road and skip Belmopan; a blank Belmopan column means the bus does not stop there.
Traveling from Belmopan, use the 6:30 AM or 5:00 PM Belmopan-origin runs instead of backtracking to Belize City.
Only two direct Placencia runs daily: 8:00 AM from Belize City and 5:00 PM from Belmopan.

About 4 hours 15 minutes. NBC's southbound Express runs use the Coastal Road through Dangriga (around 1 hour 45 minutes in) and Independence (about 2 hours 45 minutes in), skipping Belmopan entirely. Six runs go daily from 5:15 AM to the 5:30 PM Premium.
One per day: the 8:00 AM Regular via the Coastal Road and Dangriga, arriving Placencia at 11:30 AM. There's also a 5:00 PM run from Belmopan arriving at 8:30 PM. Otherwise, ride any Punta Gorda bus to Independence and cross to the peninsula by taxi or the Hokey Pokey water taxi.
The Belize City departures don't: they use the Coastal Road and skip Belmopan. From Belmopan, take the dedicated 6:30 AM or 5:00 PM Belmopan-to-Punta Gorda runs via Dangriga and Independence instead.
There's no direct NBC stop in Hopkins village. Ride toward Dangriga or ask the driver for the Hopkins junction on the Southern Highway, then take a taxi the last 4 miles into the village. Many Hopkins hotels arrange pickups from Dangriga.
