Beaches and Dreams sits directly on the sand at Sittee Point, just south of Hopkins Village in Belize's Stann Creek District. The all inclusive property is built from colorful wooden cabanas raised on stilts along a quiet stretch of Caribbean coastline, with the Maya Mountains visible inland. Its newer sister property, Cabana Village, opened nearby in December 2025 with thirteen restored historic cabanas arranged in a fan around Hopkins' largest seaside pool, and guests booked at either resort can move freely between both.
